You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns
A product is eligible for return if:

  • It is unused, undamaged, and in original condition.

  • All original accessories, manuals, packaging, and certificates are included (if applicable).

  • Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or physical damage are not eligible.

Return Shipping

  • Return pickup is free where pickup service is available.

  • If pickup is unavailable at your location, we will provide a return address.

  • You may courier the product to us, and courier charges will be reimbursed based on actual receipts.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our Customer Support within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Share your order ID, reason for return, and photos/videos of the product if requested.

  3. Pack the item securely with all original accessories and packaging.

  4. We will arrange pickup or provide the return address.

  5. Once the returned product passes quality checks, your refund or exchange will be processed.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item clears quality inspection.

Refund Methods

  • Original Payment Method: Refund will be issued to your original payment mode wherever possible.

  • Alternative Methods: If the original payment is not feasible (e.g., expired card, COD order, technical limitations), refunds may be issued via:

    • UPI

    • Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS)

    • Store Credit (based on your preference)

Notes:

  • For COD orders, refunds are only processed via UPI, Bank Transfer, or Store Credit.

  • Store Credit never expires and can be used for future purchases on Hillsome.com.

Exchanges
Exchanges are available subject to stock availability.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product Delivered
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately with unboxing photos/videos.
We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method, UPI, bank transfer, or Store Credit, depending on feasibility.
