HILANS, a Government of Uttarakhand initiative has achieved an outreach of more than 5,00,000 farmer families. They are availing direct benefits under Integrated Rural Enterprises Acceleration Project (REAP) and Uttarakhand State Rural Livelihood Mission (USRLM)
