At Hillsome.com, we value transparency and customer satisfaction. You may cancel your order under the following terms:

1. Cancellation Before Shipment

• You may cancel your order anytime before it is shipped.

• No cancellation charges will be applied.

• For prepaid orders, a 100% refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• How to Cancel: Log in to your account at Hillsome.com → My Account → Order History → Select your order → Click “Cancel” (this option is only visible if the order has not been shipped).

2. Cancellation After Shipment

• Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

• You may refuse delivery when the item arrives.

• A full refund will be processed after the item is returned to our warehouse, with no deductions.
